Easter Prayer 2011
Dear Heavenly Father,
As Easter Sunday approaches, let us take time to remember the events that took place leading up to this day so many years ago. We must not forget the anguish and pain that Jesus openly endured and welcomed, so that we may all be saved from a lifetime of suffering. Then three days later he rose from the dead, just as it was promised. His self-less act allows us to live knowing that we have received His promise of eternal life.
Dear Lord, this Easter please help us fully believe without any doubt. In the glorious Alleluias ringing out across the land, fill us with Your joy, O Risen Lord! Fill us with the certain hope that Jesus has overcome all evil, all sorrow, and all death. Help us to know beyond the shadow of a doubt that we too are risen with Jesus this Easter morning. Let us bring the light and joy of our Risen Savior to the whole world!
Lord Jesus, You are the hero of this story. You are the Lamb who laid down his life for us. You alone are our Victorious Redeemer!

Please join the entire Living Grace family and take a moment out of your day today to pray for all those that have been affected by the earthquake and tsunamis that hit Japan last Friday. If you feel inclined to donate to help the rescue relief, we have added some links to different charities below.
Prayer for the People of Japan
Dear Heavenly Father, we praise and thank You today for who You are: Our eternal God who never faints nor grows weary. We lift up to You today the people of Japan in their hour of suffering as they seek to recover and rebuild from the earthquake and tsunamis that hit their shores on March 11th.
In the name of Jesus, we ask You to pour out Your mercy and love on everyone affected by this tragedy. May You touch their lives and show them they are never alone when You are in their hearts. Bless and strengthen all those working feverishly to locate survivors and bring food, clothing, and shelter to those left devastated by this tragedy.
Help us also, dear God, respond both in faith and action, according to your Word:
“Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40). In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
If you would like to donate, please see the links below.

New Water Bottles & Coffee Tumblers
I am extremely excited about our new section of what we at the office have been calling our “Everyday Items.” We have received many suggestions from customers all over the nation telling us they wanted us to develop more products with a Christian message that can be used on a daily basis. And we listened! We have a brand new line of reusable coffee tumblers and plastic and aluminum water bottles. Each beverage container not only serves to satisfy your hydration needs, but more importantly it is an expression of your faith while you’re in the office or out at the grocery store. I was at my local coffee shop and brought my tumbler in to get filled and the cashier was really impressed. It was a great conversation starter and we ended up talking for several minutes about Living Grace and Jesus Christ.
We have also developed a line of tissues that would be great to hand out at church or to bring to your child’s school. Priced much lower than the leading facial tissue, it really doesn’t make sense to pay for their brand name. And at the same time, you are able to spread the Christian faith to those around you! Our new adhesive bandages are both cute and motivational. The bright colors and exclusive designs will really catch your child’s eye, but the low price and Christian message are what will catch yours.
Visit LivingGraceCatalog.com to view our entire selection of church supplies and Christian goods and to start saving!

Living Grace is Constantly Going Green!
Since we are called to be good Stewards of God's earth, it makes sense we would look for ways to reduce our carbon footprint.
The new grocery tote bags that are available just about everywhere you look are one way to start. Living Grace has lots of affordable styles to choose from. My favorite is the one with the message "The earth is the Lord's and everything in it." It's a great bag for carrying extra Bibles and lesson plans to Sunday School and the added bonus is it is made from recycled material.
Another idea I think people are really buying into is the reusable water bottles. I used to buy cases of water bottles for my family, and although we did 'recycle' them; one day the light just went on and I realized, how many fewer bottles would we use if we just filled our own and reused them? We will be introducing 10 new water bottles in our January catalog and they all have a Christian message.
Recycling is good, but taking it one step further and figuring out how we can use less stuff is the next step. In the Creation Story we are told to take care of the earth. With God's will and our obedience to his word, I think we can do better and be greener! Keep up the great work!

Happy Thanksgiving from Living Grace
A Thanksgiving Day Prayer
Dear Father,
We gather together to give thanks and praise For who You are and all You have done for us, For our friends and family both near and far, For Your mercy, grace, and forgiveness, And most of all for the gift of salvation through Your Son Jesus Christ.
We thank You for our country, the United States of America, Founded upon the sacrifices and hard work of many before us. You have granted to us this beautiful and bountiful land, Filled with the fruits of freedom, worship, and hard work.
Help us to be truly thankful for the many blessings in our lives; Remind us to be humble in our abundance, And guide us to live a life that is pleasing to You.
In Jesus' Name,
Amen.
